New Ehler indicators look interesting... anyone coded them yet?

Two new trend indicators by John Ehlers:

I don't have the original article, haven't coded them myself, but they look very interesting! Anyone else tried these yet?

@bitfool: Did you find anything interesting on that indicator yet?

Hi @Merlin No, not yet, but playing with it did get me into trying some of the other trend indicators for a model I was playing with and TrendQ ended up useful for me. In sum, I was running a metamodel with some MR strategies, and found that during low volatility uptrends there were few MR signals or open positions, so I thought Hey, maybe I could juice this a bit by putting in a position of TQQQ if the number of open MR positions is < thresholdX. By itself, this wasn't profitable. But adding a trend indicator to it (TrendQ in this case) helped a good bit. I've shelved it for the time being, but it was promising, and I hope to return to it and also to TrendFlex soon.
